TESTIMONIAL

My husband and I were on our Honeymoon in the Caribbean when I thought it would be nice to surprise him with a day of sport fishing, I used the computer in the hotel lobby to look up charter fishing in the area, it was tough going until I found Destinationwild.com, you had enough listings that I was able to find a charter captain that would take us out that day. My husband was thrilled, the fishing was incredible and now even I'm hooked. Were arranging to head down to Florida next year and I'm sure well be using your site to line up another great time, Thanks for making it easy. Ill spread the good word.                               Linda Kaslow  Flint,Michigan View More Testimonials>>>

 THE ULTIMATE BACKWATER FISHING SCHOOL
Saltwater fishing is a thrill of a lifetime, every time you hit the water. Now Tight Lines Fish Group, LLC presents that opportunity with the Ultimate Backwater Fishing School in Pineland, FL. Nestled among the eclectic waterfront towns of Matlacha, Bokeelia and Saint James City along the Gulf Coast’s Pine Island. Pineland was named in 2003 by Field and Stream Magazine as one of the top 25 fishing spots in America.
Tight Lines Fish Group, LLC offers this Backwater Fishing School at the newly restored Tarpon Lodge on beautiful Pine Island along Florida’s Gulf Coast. The School offers students an in-depth curriculum on all aspects of backwater, inshore and coastal sport fishing activities. Relax and learn while experiencing the “Old World Charm” of historic Tarpon Lodge with its panoramic water views of Captiva, Sanibel, Useppa and Boca Grande while located just forty-five minutes from the Southwest Florida Regional Airport at Ft. Myers. The waters surround pre-Columbian Indian mounds of the ancient Calusa civilization while harboring schools of redfish, speckled trout, kingfish, snook and tarpon.
The Backwater Fishing School will provide you with the necessary techniques to finding fish and how to catch them, as well as acquaint you with the most effective ways of using fishing equipment and tackle whether light tackle for shallow water species or heavier equipment for tarpon. Some of the topics covered at the School include: tackle selection and preparation, live bait and artificial techniques, fish habits vs. angler habits, cast netting, terminal end (knots), light tackle casting techniques along with environmental and conservation programs.
The mission of the Ultimate Backwater Fishing School is to introduce you to the fun of fishing or enhance your current skills for greater enjoyment and conservation of our saltwater fisheries.
