TESTIMONIAL

My husband and I were on our Honeymoon in the Caribbean when I thought it would be nice to surprise him with a day of sport fishing, I used the computer in the hotel lobby to look up charter fishing in the area, it was tough going until I found Destinationwild.com, you had enough listings that I was able to find a charter captain that would take us out that day. My husband was thrilled, the fishing was incredible and now even I'm hooked. Were arranging to head down to Florida next year and I'm sure well be using your site to line up another great time, Thanks for making it easy. Ill spread the good word.                               Linda Kaslow  Flint,Michigan View More Testimonials>>>

If you want to sight fish for tailing bonefish and large permit on the crystal clear flats of Miami’s own Biscayne Bay, fish for Big snook and great game fish cruising the flats with big redfish tailing on the life enriched shallows of Everglades National Park to the best tarpon fishing anywhere in the Florida Keys backcountry, Capt. Jim Hale of Cane Polin’ Charters is your guide and captain that will put you on all of these.

A Florida native and experienced guide and angler, Capt. Jim has been fishing the South Florida waters since the age of 6, with over 30 years of experience.  He is also a firm believer in catch and release conservation of all game fish.  A camera is always on board to take a beautiful picture of your days catch and to assist any taxidermist in your trophy fish if you would like it mounted.

Capt. Jim works hard to put his clients on fish aboard his 18’ Hell’s Bay Marquesa.  He is USCG licensed and insured as well as a licensed Everglades National Park Guide.  He supplies all bait, rods, reels, fishing licenses and ice.  All you need to do is bring is something to eat or drink, polarized sun glasses, a hat and sunscreen.  Capt. Jim is sponsored by Ross Reels, Temple Fork Outfitters, Power Pro Line, Snowy Mountain Outfitters and Spike-It Baits.  With this great line of sponsors, Capt. Jim’s equipment is of high standards.

He is very knowledgeable and has a great deal of patience working with novices and children as well as experienced anglers to lend some advice on techniques if needed.

So if you would like to see and experience the great back country and flats fishing South Florida has to offer on fly or spin, give Capt. Jim a call or email and he will lead the way to your next fishing adventure.
